I actually started out at 184 about a week and a half ago.
Last week I went from 178 to 176. Then 176 to about 174.

So, it's been a total weight loss of over 10 lbs in a few weeks :)
78.7 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
