Since I started my new job at the end of September I have been very lazy on the diet front. But I weighed in today and I'm glad to see I haven't put any on, but actually lost a bit. It must be stress/nerve related. Not that I'm complaining, but that should wear off soon and then maybe I can get my head around documenting my daily intake again.
