Sono tornata al peso iniziale probabilmente perché ho mangiato troppo pane-pizza e pollo che sono alimenti pesanti(il primo) e grassi(il secondo in particolare)
66 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
