This week was hard because I had to weight in with my doctor and I did good, but then I decided to get Chinese food even though I know it makes me gain weight. The next days I just pigged out on every thing else. I am glad I am back on track. I am back down to almost where I was on Monday.
111.0 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 43.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7.0 kg a Week

Stuff like that happens - we feel we can "celebrate" our losses...it is hard not to use food as a reward. I usually get a manicure or but myself a small bouquet of flowers!

try to avoid the sweet Chinese food~ Other Chinese food are quite low-calory
