A good loss this week. Haven't been too strict with myself. Even my two fasting days were both over 1000 Kcals/day. Weight has now dropped below 100 Kg, so I suppose that is another milestone (or should that be kilometrestone?) passed.

Hey jockoT, well done, your doing fantastically, what does Mrs T think to the mych slimmer you? . Not only are you slimmer but just think how much less stress your putting on heart, knees, feet etc, make sure you take photographs of yoyr progress :-) xx

SWMBO is delighted. She pointed out to me, just this morning, that I will have to get some more Polo shirts, as the ones I have are so baggy. I told her that the tee shirt I have on below it is even worse. When I put it on, it looked like an old fashioned nightshirt! My belt is up another notch too, which is a great feeling.
