Spent yesterday fighting a sinus infection. My husband is griping at me for not taking in enough calories. I will do it my way for a few weeks and see how it goes then will decide my next strategy. I want this weight off!
137.3 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 71.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
