Pretty Happy that I am down a pound in 4 days considering it's that "time of the month"
So much food they keep feeding me so all in all, so far, I really like this plan. I told LA weightloss they could keep the bars and that they weren't for me. I was sort of expecting them to push them on me just from reading some of the threads on this site, but I was pleasently suprised to see that they didnt push them. They just said they needed to put me on a different plan so they could replace the bars.
Yay! No more gross bars.
