I know I've been treadmilling it everyday, seems to help. I started on the Weight Watchers last Thursday, seems to be working better for me, and you have all the choices in the world to eat, just have to keep track of your points, or they have a plan where you don't count points but your more restricted to food choices. If I get this weight off on this diet, I'll let you know. I don't even feel like I'm dieting.
