I'm happy with my eating habits. I'm doing 1200 calories a day. but my disability I can only walk half a block and rest and back again. I'm moving around more in the house doing extra things.
148.8 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 58.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
