Drinking more water. Went to doctor a couple of weeks ago and my cholesterol is creeping up but my doctor is ok with me following Atkins. He says I am doing everything OK. My triglycerides are normal...I was worried about eating too much meat and fat but he still wants me to keep losing. He said I am heading in the right direction!!
