I have been strict low carb since January 1st I didn't want to record all that I gained so I stayed away from the site out of shame for my 15 pound gain over the holidays. Sad but true. I am low carb eating and I haven't eaten anything after 7:00 PM which (I do a major amount of damage after my husband gets home) not his fault I suffer from anxiety and he spikes these emotions with his anxiety issues. So longer story short I am down 15 pounds since Jan. But I have only dropped 1.5 pounds of original weight.
