OH YEAAAAAAH!!!I've broken into the 107's!!!! This is now officially my lowest weight of my entire adult life and I have dropped lower than my pre-christmas weight of 108kg which was my lowest weight of 2015 :D
My experiment over this last week indicates that I have mastered my macros whereby I can indulge heavily on weekends and use my Fri, Mon, Tues and Wed to still keep myself in a state of weight/fat loss. I did this by fasting on Fri, Mon and Wed and I kept my Tuesday as a low carb/high protein & fat day. I also kept my protein and fat high last week Thursday as well as the weekend but my carbs were also high on last Thursday and the weekend. It seems that as long as you feed your body enough protein and fat then the carbs wont throw you off completely :)
So my conclusion on my macros for a week is that I should aim for keeping :
Protein : 1.85 x my body weight
Fat : 0.9 x my body weight
Carbs : under 50g on Low Carb days
