Well I let things get to me yesterday but I will just shake it off. Thank you TSwift!! Today I will do the bike for 2 hours and shovel, no wine today and just salad and fruit. I have some baking to do and soups to make for a few clients but I will not pick at the food.
67.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
