With the exception of Thursday night, I have eaten exactly as planned.

I started the week with 20 minutes on the treadmill, but upped it to 30 minutes the next day. On Saturday, I set the average speed .5 mile faster than usual to get a better workout.
112.7 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
