Okay...day 2 of Cycle 2. I hope to see some changes in the scales or I'm really going to be discouraged. I've been too busy to really read about cycle 2 except for the menus so I hope I'm doing everything I should be doing. I know I need to change up the menu but just haven't had the time. Now I hope I can survive the weekend. At least tomorrow is a activate day!
