Finally another pound gone maybe I'll get through this yet. I miss carbs. I did give in today and loaded up on carbs but it is because I currently have no energy I need to learn to balance my diet better and get my carbs from protien instead of bread. I will need to exercise more today then usual cause of all the calories but that's ok I hope that I don't gain weight from today but if so hVing the energy to do stuff will be worth it. I'm getting so tired of being tired but it's changing now I will have to start finding healthier ways to get energy. But in the end it will be worth it hopefully. Anyways this is my slack day for this week I usually have a few days of energy after my slack day then I just get really tired those are the days I need to work on I may need to find something that will work well on those days but I don't know of anything so maybe just waiting it out until my body gets used to the diet I will finally get the entry I need. Sadly because of my lack of energy my grades in school are slipping cause all I want to do is sleep.
