today (its 7:20am) I already ate oatmeal porridge and two rye bread with butter and honey (900kcal) so... fasting it is. got to be -3kg till friday!
60 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
