Yesterday I managed to stick to my diet for the most part though I didn't track my calories. I really need to get better at keeping track of those that way I know what I'm eating that's working and what I'm eating that's not. Though I am doing better me and my boyfriend went out to eat and he got breakfast with home fries. I love home fries at the place we went. So I made a promise to myself when I get down to 190.I will make myself some home fries that way they won't be to unhealthy but for that one day I will make healthy versions that I can of some of the foods I miss most then I will do that every 10 pounds so I don't crave them as much and I can be happy about my success. I really miss ice cream. I didn't even have any on my birthday because I had cake. I really want to loose this weight cause when I do I'm getting married and joining the navy so it's important that I stick to this diet even though it is hard.
