Good morning my fellow life changers....I'm back at it and putting in hard work. It looks like the water weight is falling off nice lol now I need some pounds to shed. like I always say it's a great day to lose weight so be blessed and let's go ;)
94.8 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
