Haven't "worked out" in over a month and before was very inconsistent. Need to lose 10 lbs immediately then work on another 6-9 lbs of vanity weight. Would like to be able to swim a consecutive mile in the pool (32 laps) and 5 miles in one workout.

Today:

2 miles treadmill
20 laps pool

63.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
