I was up .6 this week. I know the reason for it. Good old Aunt Flo decided to rear her ugly head on weigh in day. I know TMI, but girls - I know you know what I mean! Today I am down again and I am sure I will be okay as long as I don't over do it this weekend with my birthday. My husband and I are going on a B&B dinner train. I pre chose the healthy option for dinner, so that was step one. :-) I am very excited for the relaxation. 4.4 lbs to goal. I want to hit it by December 6th. I got this!
