Kind of sad- okay really sad but Im on my monthly so maybe after I will see the loss. Im going to keep trying.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi, I had been on the diet for 2 weeks when I weighed in. I was doing the spike diet sort of- really just watching what I eat eating about 1200 calories 4 days 1500 one day and one spike day with 2000 calories. Work out everyday but my spike day. I had a loss after first 3 days of 4 lbs then nothing. ;)
