Nervously excited about getting on the scale. So happy with results. Don't want to focus on the scale but I am doing so well excersing and eating healthy. Yea me!
151.7 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 49.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
