After a difficult start to the week, what with my bar lunch and bevvy on Sunday, and my better half being on holiday Monday, it was a great relief to find myself 2 lbs down at this morning's weigh in. I did not drop my daily intake down to 1500 for Wednesday, Thursday, but kept at 1700. I wonder if perhaps 1500 is too low and my metabolism goes into energy conservation those days. I will stick to 1700 every day this week, Brilliant. That allows me an extra bag of crisps on those two days!
