Aaaaahhh yoooooo I cry, I am in a dreaded plateau, despite my efforts, we going no where, one week at 144 point what ever. I suspect the medication for the pinched nerve in my neck is messing me up in some way, inhibiting weight loss. Actually I am not sure. What ever it is that is working me over, now is the time to continue to keep focus, remember why I started and the need to carry on. Have a great day every one !!!

Medication is a bummer. My doctor put me on cortisone for tennis elbow. The cortisone finished, I was 6 kilograms heavier, and still to this day have excruciating pain. I refuse to take any anti inflams. They help, but, I am sure they affect weight loss. So, I am just living with the pain.
