Overjoyed just to lose this week. 2 pound is brilliant. I am now into the 16's and I noticed, the other day, my line has turned from Orange to Yellow. I wonder if my plateau, these past few weeks, was down to me cutting my calorie intake a bit too low. I have heard, that being too strict can cause the body to store fat, for what it thinks is an upcoming emergency. Being a bit less regimented, this week, has kick started my loss.

Well done! When I lost a lot of weight previously - I found a stall was either due to my body adjusting to my new lower weight, or sometimes just changing it up wakes your body up again. Maybe try a little higher for awhile and then drop to where you were losing weight before after a week or so.

Started back at our dance lessons today. Our tutor had been on holiday for three weeks. As soon as I took to the floor she stopped the music and said, " you haven't half lost weight this past few weeks, since I last saw you". made me feel great. Perhaps my body had taken a break while it rearranged everything!!
