KABOOOOOM!!! I've done it!!! I've smashed my 110kg goal weight and weighed in at 109.8kg this morning :)
I was really worried that I consumed too much this last weekend. My muscles felt a little sore this morning so I'm sure I'm retaining some water but a goal is a goal and I'm super happy with my results.
Now I'm setting my next goal weight to 105kg then once I achieve that I'll aim for 100kg. I find that smaller achievements makes it easier than setting a big goal that seems too far away.

well done bru :D u almost breaking the 100 zone.......looks like u catching up to me :D I better kick things into high gear....I've actually implemented 5:2 intermittent fasting for the next 3 weeks, not to lose any weight but for strength training purposes and its working out pretty well #ThumbsUp
