The scale says the increase is 200g muscle. I suppose it's okay. But a decrease would have been nice. The up/down/up/down journey of weightloss. *sigh*
75.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
