yeah i guess thats the great thing about atkins,, you already set your body in induction to be a fat burning machine, after the first two weeks one mistake will not ruin anything, unlike low fat diets, where gaining is so easy, the first two weeks of atkins, induction, are the most crucial because you are telling your body that there are no more carbs, and fuel for energy is stored fat and thats how a body turns into a fat burning machine, and mistake during the first two weeks will affect that process, but after that it is great to know that the body mode is already set into burning fat, so i guess whatever you ate didn't affect your weight loss.
