i ate SO BAD. like, potato chips and caramel buns. and its visible on my face a little bit now. but......main goal, is to watch my calorie intake. (its hard eating like this tho) but its cheap! .. fml
60.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
