Although I have gained 2 pounds, I know this is due to adding more exercise to my weekly routine...gaining muscle. I have lost inches and can feel the "mooshy-ness" I get before dropping weight. I have been steadfast with my diet plan, so I know it will come off soon.

Arm-16.75"
Calf-19.75"
115.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
