Fledgist's Journal, 13 Sep 11

Down just a little, but every ounce counts. I have a series of long workdays that have really affected how I exercise. However, I have been spending more time upright and less seated. This does help. Onwards and downwards.

I've been reading about the weight impact of high-fibre diets. I'm not 100 percent persuaded. I think fibre is important, although I'm getting a lot of the bulk in my diet right now from the water content of what I'm eating (all the peaches, plums, cucumbers, squashes, and tomatoes get most of their bulk from water), and that has been extremely filling.

Morning, as you say, any loss is a bonus. And this is an ongoing learning curve. I am sure you are researching and learning all the time, tweaking this and that to avoid boredom. Onwards and downwards to quote yourself!
