Down about 3/4 pound. This is very good. After a week of little movement, it looks like I'm on track. I did 45 minutes at the gym yesterday, which certainly made me feel a lot better.

You are absolutely inspirational! You're very consistent and you have lost weight at a reasonable pace while eating healthy (not some crazy "diet"). That's a HUGE accomplishment!

Congratulations....down and down you go.....you should maybe think about writing a book about your journey....it would be a great help to lots of people as Brandy says the healthy way...no crazy stuff....

The healthy way is just a lot of discipline, avoiding fast food, exercise, and patience. It takes a lot of time.

I agree it does take a lot of time and patience...I did actually decide this year I had to get healthy, so have really devoted myself to me....invest in myself for the first time in my life.......

Thank you both for your kind words. I've just been watching the Last Night of the Proms, which was enormous fun.
