Oh back again..... went back up to 190. I cant do spike days yet- its too tempting I end up falling off. So until I learn how to control myslef- I must limit myself & forgive myself when I fall...

NEW RULES
- NO FAST FOOD- not even "low cal"
_ NO SODAS -diet or otherwise
_ LIMIT PROCESSED FOODS
_ EAT FRUIT/VEGGIES WHEN MUNCHIES HIT
_ EXERCISE 5-6 TIMES A WEEK EVEN IF MISS MY PLANNED ROUTINE

SEPTEMBER GOALS
_ loose 8 lbs
_ spend time with AHAYAH (GOD) everymorning
_ squeese work hours in
_ stay ahead on school work

OCTOBER GOALS
_loose remaining 7 lbs
_same as sept :)
