Ok freaked out when scale went up. But didn't feel too bad when markers state that my percentage body fat went down and muscle mass and bone mass increased. Also increased is my BMR. And visceral fat decreased. So positive in the long run. Here's to another week. Let me make it a good one. And more birthdays this weekend. But no problem. I have the beach and my goal in mind. :-)
