My weight is running between 173 lbs and 178 lbs so I guess I'll leave it 176 lbs. I hope I can move the needle again next week.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
