WOW ANOTHER 5 LBS LOST WITH TAKE OFF (YIPPEE). I'M SO HAPPY!!!!
YESTERDAY THEY GAVE ME A NEW PLAN,(PURPLE NOW INSTEAD OF RED),I ONLY HAVE 2 PROTEINS, 2 STARCHES, 1 FAT, 1 DAIRY, 3 FRUITS AND 4 VEGGIES. I'M A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT IT, SCARED TO GO OVER BOARD WITH THE STARCHES, COME ON PEOPLE ONLY 2 UGH... THAT'S HARD. ANYWAY I'M GONNA STICK TO THE NEW PLAN AND SEE HOW IT GOES. MY NEXT WEIGH IN WILL BE ON MONDAY UNTIL THEN ....WHO KNOWS.
102.8 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week

Thats excellent! Great job! I was on purple when I started out and it worked fine for me. So dont sweat it. You will do just fine!

That does not sound like enough food, unless you are doing the bars as well? Congrats on the five pounds!!!

That's awesome results on take-off. I'll be doing it tomorrow and Thursday. You'll do fine on the purple plan, you'll definitely need to plan on how you'll use the 2 starches.
