its been a few weeks since i weighed in, and during that time i have been in the process of relocating (sort of) and living in a big empty house, so i have had a tough time keeping a regular diet and schedule. i finally bought a scale the other day and got back on the wagon, and was pretty happy to see that i have maintained my weight from a few weeks ago. i'm even more motivated now to get back on track and lose some more!
