Well 489 days later and I have gained 17 pounds...alot has gone on and I stopped putting myself first. Hopefully I can stay focused and back on track...
85.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
