Yes setbacks are the worst always found them demotivating until I decided on a monthly goal of 5 lbs. I'm in for the long hall lol. Anyway I find it lets me look at set backs as just the up and down of water gain, especially around the "time" and always feel good when after 30 days I've met my goal for the month so far so good 3 months 15 lbs. Have quit smoking this month, so I think this will be a huge challenge to meet my mark. You'll do great:)
