Not surprising, I ate a ton of fruit and fresh tomatoes yesterday as well as wine. Ill catch up next week.
76.0 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

LOL - when I have even 4 oz of wine, I see a bump up.

I have a weakness for fresh tomatoes in balsamic vinaigrette, grilled portabellas in olive oil and garlic, as well as a nice beaujolais. My favorite meal ever. Follow that up with handfuls of blueberries and blackberries and I am in gastronomic heaven.
