Bugger!

It's TOM. Timing could not be worse. Drinking a ton of water. Had some bread at lunch-toasted marble rye-how I love thee and missed thee. See you in another 6 months.

Went shopping after lunch and bought a big chunky sweater for my trip to PARIS! Decided to go again in October to celebrate BFF 50th D-Day. Ooh-la-la!
60.8 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know just what you mean about bread! I find if I stay away, weight goes down, but if I indulge it sticks. I've been shopping too and bought a thick chunky cardigan.

Paris- Paris!!!!!! I am so thrilled for you!! What a wonderful trip ahead!!! You are good to say goodbye to the marble rye. For me , once I get going with bread I feel like I could eat a whole loaf!!!

Hello Densible! Thank you for accepting my buddy request, it seems that we have many common friends on here! Wow, Paris! If you have to indulge on bread, forget about it here and wait until you get to Paris. A baguette or croissant from Poilâne will be totally worth the calories lol!
