Feeling great to have lost nearly 4 lbs this week. Ran 5 miles 6 of 7 days, ate lots of fruit and veggies to keep me full and splurged with wine one eve and dinner out another eve . . if this works every week, I may reach my goal faster than anticipated! :)
71.5 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
