I weight lift heavy.
I am trying to eat be in a high protein calorie deficit while strength training.

I will be up and down until I find the proper balance.

I do it cos it's hard.
124 kg Lost so far: 21 kg.    Still to go: 29 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
