Time to get back down to business. Stopped weighing in 10 months ago, but lost down to 140 by 2011 and kept it off until this summer: Family reunions, cruises, church dinners, and good home cooking have taken their toll.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
