I have now been dieting and eating healthy for a week. I have not been working out but have lost over 10 pounds just from my diet change. Portion control and low carb has been the key. I am truly satisfied. 30-35 more pounds to go. Good job!
104.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
