So FS has been reminding me to weigh in and keep the updates coming; which made the temptation of getting on the scale that much stronger.
And I did get on....all I can say it #smilling4days

But as promised will update the weight end August 2015 :)

Thanks guys for the motivations and support; hope you're all progressing "negatively" on your weight.. ;)
101 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
