It’s moving fast now…
And this morning I don’t feel the desire to eat.
But I had a desire to do a handstand yesterday and guess what… I did more than one…
Ps: remember your age when you do silly things you use to to at this weight and so many years ago. ♥️
75.7 kg Lost so far: 134.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@Oumabez Ok Firstly it starts with forgiveness… Forgive yourself for allowing yourself to get into a situation where you had to store a significant amount of surplus for whatever you felt you needed to eat yourself into.
