Did much better foodwise yesterday. Ate one slice of toast/egg for bf, had plant foods for snacks, like apple and beets. The canalope turned out to be wayyyy too unripe. No wonder they were on sale for so little. It was soft, starting to rot? But not colored at all. My only cheat yesterday was a tiny taste of coffee. And I ate dinner earlier so that it could be more time before bed. I also got proactive about the poop. If I am going to lose weight, I need that my innards work. So I ate beets with a sprinkle of flax seed. And I had a small serving of fiber/physllium husks.

This morning walk was harder. Not as cool as yesterday's morning which was a reprieve from normal summer heat/humidity. I pushed myself to go fast on the first go round and just got the route done on the second. Still, time was good, under 1 hr. Goal is to do it faster over time and get fast enough to do three rounds in an hr. Gotta get those 10K steps, right?!!

Maintained no candy/cookies/icecream/donuts. No toast snack.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
