Went to the women's international soccer match Sunday. Didn't eat well, which I knew would happen just hoped it wouldn't add much weight.

O well, gonna keep on with the diet and keep up the spirits with knowing I'm still down over all. just one set back.
120.4 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 38.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
